and Grizedale Forest. Based in the South of the Lake District.

Downstairs

The accommodation consists of an open plan lounge and dining hall with slate flooring, contemporary oak furniture, wood-burning stove and beams. The dining area has a large oak dining table with eight chairs and is perfect for family meals. The open plan lounge has plenty of seating, on two comfortable soft leather sofas and chair. There a large flatscreen TV with satellite freeview and a DVD player to play your films.

Off the hall there is a carpeted snug which can be used as a separate TV lounge with flat screen TV. Past the snug and off the hallway can be found the light conservatory/morning room with porcelain flooring and windows overlooking the rear garden. Off the conservatory is also a modern fully tiled wet room with walk in shower, basin and wc.

The porcelain floor runs through from the conservatory to the compact and well equipped kitchen, designed to provide a double oven with hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine and all the utensils needed for your home cooking.

Upstairs

The curved staircase leads to a lovely carpeted landing on the first floor. Off the landing there is a master bedroom with king size bed, a charming double bedroom, a pretty twin bedroom and a fourth bedroom furnished with full size bunk beds.

And finally upstairs, the family bathroom, which is complete with white bathroom suite, bath (with a mains pressure shower over), basin, wc and bidet. 

Outside

To the rear there is a pretty, private garden - great for al fresco dining with beautiful views of the Grizedale/Rusland Valley. To the front there is off road parking for 2 cars.
